Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to drive the operating engine behind Project Ignite, our embedded-team partnership with Adobe that accelerates adoption of generative AI tools. The role owns the program end-to-end, coordinating Engagement Management, client leadership, and internal teams to deliver consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in program/client delivery management in a consulting or professional-services context.
• Experience guiding multiple engagements without managing a single client directly.
• Proven ability to run executive readouts with VP/Director+ stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set internal operating rhythm and drive team-wide decisions.
• Deliver executive readouts and progress updates to client and leadership.
• Act as primary client contact for program-level matters; align Engagement Managers.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust course when forecasts deviate.
• Partner withLegal/Finance to negotiate renewals and budget changes.
• Own onboarding curriculum and maintain program playbooks.
