Job summary

Robots & Pencils is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery on complex, multi-phase engagements. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, navigate ambiguity, and ensure delivery plans align with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical stakeholders and executives. You will drive sprint planning, milestone reviews, and production readiness, while using AI-enabled tools to enhance planning and reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
Experience delivering in HIPAA-regulated or other compliance-heavy environments (healthcare, financial services, government).
Strong understanding of agile delivery practices across complex, multi-team engagements (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).
Experience managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Comfort working with clinical stakeholders and executives who are not technically focused.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase engagements with alignment on scope, budget, timeline and quality.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate milestones, client sign-off, and acceptance criteria across multi-platform environments.
Manage phased releases, production readiness, and transitions to operations.
Define and report delivery KPIs to drive decisions and tradeoffs.
Support QA and UAT to ensure outcomes meet acceptance criteria.
