Job summary

Sol Digital LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and multiple stakeholder groups. You will set up kickoff meetings, manage status communications, and align cross-functional teams to business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years in project management, consulting or relevant industry.
Strong proficiency with MS Project & Visio.

Responsibilities

Manage the successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and role matrix.
Influence stakeholders and interact with executive-level leaders and partners; establish and maintain key relationships.
Set‑up, schedule, and facilitate kick‑off meetings, ongoing status communications, and scrum cadences.
Analyze project requirements, prepare budgets and schedules; develop a business case for project initiation.
Build and maintain project plan, budget, risk & issues log, document repository and status reports.
