Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and delivery workstreams in Omaha, NE. You will guide agile teams, manage a matrixed environment, and use data to drive decisions from inception through execution with clarity and momentum.

This onsite role requires strong communication with technical and business stakeholders, proactive risk management, and a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of project management experience in tech or transformation.
• Experience leading agile teams in matrixed environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe/Scaled Agile practices including PI Planning.
• Proficiency with Jira reporting, dashboards, and delivery data.
• Ability to break down large initiatives into plans and milestones.
• Strong risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with third-party partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects across multiple teams and priorities.
• Manage agile delivery teams using scaled agile practices and PI Planning.
• Break down projects into clear plans, milestones, and ownership models.
• Use Jira reporting to assess progress and drive data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate matrixed development teams and dependencies.
• Partner with vendors and external stakeholders to support delivery.
• Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks and blockers.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
• Facilitate clear communication from delivery teams to executives.
• Drive launches with readiness activities and post-launch follow-through.
• Foster a high-performing, accountable team culture.
