Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

You will oversee scope, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and process teams to deliver high-quality facilities. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and client communication within a design-build/IPD context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of PM experience in industrial/advanced technology facilities.
• Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom, HVAC, process utilities, and building systems.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from pre-design through construction administration.
• Develop and manage scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies for large multidisciplinary projects.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to integrate cleanroom and high-performance building systems.
• Oversee QA/QC gates, RACI reviews, and milestone deliverable reviews.
• Direct change management processes including scope, budget, and schedule impact analysis.
• Mentor project team members and support pursuit activities for new opportunities.
