• Change Order Management: manage PCOs and owner changes with timely reports.
• Project Close Out: plan and package close-out documents and compliance forms.
• Owner/Sub Requisition Process: ensure timely pay requisitions and schedules of values.
• Cash Management: maintain cash flow and review Sub/Vendor payments.
• Meeting Management: run focused, agenda-driven project meetings.
• Contract Logs: maintain and review logs for multiple contract types.
• Subcontractor Relationships: manage relationships with fairness and professionalism.
• Exhibit B Purchasing Process: oversee scope development and purchasing controls.
