Responsibilities

• Oversee budget updates and forecast cost-to-complete with exposure analysis.
• Coordinate with Oracle/Expedition to track costs and change orders.
• Lead project team through close-out, compliance, and quality processes.
• Manage Owner/subcontractor relations, payment schedules, and cash flow.
• Drive risk management, logs, and reporting to owners and executives.
