Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience in Advanced Manufacturing space.
• Applicable area licenses.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to meet schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop client and architect relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Mentor and train field staff, including superintendents and engineers.
• Oversee baseline schedule development and tracking with the project team.
• Support business development through client engagement.
• Attend owner and project team meetings and manage communications.
