This role collaborates with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver complex manufacturing projects. You will supervise field engineers, verify layouts, document progress, attend client meetings, and uphold the Quality Management Program while maintaining compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• At least 2+ years of experience in related construction fields.
• Advanced Manufacturing exposure is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team (Plans, Specs, RFIs, Bulletins, Field Reports).
• Manage layout and confirm field dimensions for accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor layout aligns with established lines and grades.
• Administer Suffolk's Quality Management Program and track deficiencies to resolution.
• Monitor job progress on-site to ensure compliance with Contract Documents.
• Document daily activities using reports, photos, sketches, and software tools.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans and logistics plans.
• Attend meetings with customers and clients providing project updates.
• Compile permits, testing, and inspections for project completion and acceptance.
• Assist in Suffolk Safety Program administration and enforce safety requirements.
• Supervise and mentor Field Engineers in daily work.
• Communicate clear safety expectations to project teams.
