Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years of general contracting experience in Advanced Manufacturing.
• Licenses applicable in the area.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Strong judgment to balance budget and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects for schedule conformance and quality.
• Develop client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Participate in pre-construction activities and budgeting input.
• Oversee field operations and schedule adherence.
• Attend meetings and manage client communications.
• Coordinate safety training and Suffolk guidelines.
