Suffolk Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee project administration, budgets, and contract management for complex construction programs. You will drive forecasting, changes, and owner/subcontractor coordination while leading a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes rigorous cost control, risk management, and timely reporting to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience on projects of similar size and scope.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administration including contractual requirements and risk management.
• Refresh and maintain Cost-to-Complete forecasts and budget updates.
• Oversee Change Order management using Expedition and track exposure.
• Coordinate with Owner/Subcontractors to ensure timely payments and closeouts.
• Lead and mentor project team to deliver on schedule and quality objectives.
