  • Guiding projects through each stage of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, user acceptance testing, and business change
  • Owning the commercial success of your projects, including budgets, financial reporting, and profitability
  • Managing project plans and timelines, identifying risks early, and solving complex problems as they come up
  • Managing resources across a portfolio of projects, from small part-time teams to project teams of 10 or more
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicating proactively to keep projects on track and clients happy
  • Supporting clients through business change so users adopt the platform and see value quickly
  • Partnering with internal teams to stay current on product features and turn them into best practices for clients

  • Strong change management skills and a passion for helping businesses change through technology
  • An understanding of SaaS architecture and modern software methodologies, and the ability to work closely with technical teams
