I’m partnering with a Texas-based construction firm that is experiencing significant growth across its Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, and Data Center teams. The company is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up projects ranging from $80M–$100M+.

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction leader who has a strong background managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion and enjoys working in fast-paced, highly coordinated environments.

Lead the overall management of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance.

Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Lead project teams and coordinate closely with field operations and Superintendents.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager ready to take the next step managing large-scale ground-up construction projects.

Experience with Industrial, Commercial, Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, or Data Center construction.
