Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial manufacturing construction projects in Dallas, onsite.

You will oversee complex programs from initiation through closeout, coordinating with design teams, field crews, and clients to deliver on schedule and budget. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction management, a degree in CM/Engineering, experience with medium to large commercial GCs, and strong skills in budgeting, GMPs, and project financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with medium to large commercial General Contractors.
• Experience managing project financials.
• Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to prepare budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
• Experience with construction means and methods.
• Strong understanding of construction project processes.
• Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel or relocate when required.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Recent experience working directly for a medium to large-sized commercial General Contractor.
• Strong Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing project financials.
• Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to prepare project budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
• Experience with construction means and methods.
• Strong understanding of construction project processes.
• Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when required by project needs.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate when project requirements dictate.
