Job summary

MEP Resources is partnering with a national general contractor to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to support mission-critical construction projects in Texas. You will lead projects from preconstruction through completion, directing project teams, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to achieve forecasted performance.

The role emphasizes strong preconstruction planning, risk management, and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong general contracting and construction management background
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams
• Strong preconstruction, planning, and scheduling experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent industry experience
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience with construction/project management software

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion while managing project teams, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, forecasting, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, manage project financials and schedules, work with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, resolve project issues, support client relationships, and mentor project team members.

Pay: $130,000–$190,000 (based on experience) base salary + auto allowance + discretionary incentive
