• Senior Project Manager with track record of delivering large-scale ground-up construction projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams and complex procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance.
• Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead project teams and coordinate closely with field operations and Superintendents.
