Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the electrical scope on high-visibility ground-up commercial or industrial builds. You’ll drive momentum from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with GC, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to deliver excellence.

You’ll lead budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and site safety, mentor field supervisors, and maintain sharp communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing electrical scopes on ground-up commercial or industrial builds.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, sequencing, and code compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction from precon through closeout.
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Partner directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality checks.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.
• Mentor field supervisors and elevate team performance.
• Drive communication, accountability, and project momentum every step of the way.
