Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support ground-up electrical construction projects in the U.S. Gulf region. You’ll work closely with seasoned PMs to keep projects moving, organized, and on track.

You’ll coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams, maintain schedules and procurement logs, and assist with closeout documentation to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting electrical scopes on ground-up commercial or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and code compliance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with field teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle electrical construction from pre-con through closeout.
• Help build and maintain budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement logs.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams.
• Conduct site walks and help monitor safety, quality, and progress.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track materials, equipment, and delivery schedules.
• Support field supervisors and help drive alignment with project goals.
• Assist with punch lists, closeout packages, and turnover documentation.
