Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the electrical scope on ground-up commercial or industrial builds in Miami. You’ll lead with confidence, coordinate with GC's, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors, and drive delivery from precon through turnover.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, RFI processes, and team performance, ensuring code compliance and safety while maintaining client relationships and project momentum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing electrical scopes on ground-up commercial or industrial builds.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction from precon through closeout.
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Partner directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality checks.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Mentor field supervisors and elevate team performance.
• Drive communication, accountability, and momentum throughout.
