What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the driving force behind complex projects, managing everything from budgets and schedules to field operations and client relationships. You’ll lead a team of engineers and support staff, coordinate with customers, oversee purchasing, negotiate change orders, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. On‑site involvement is key—you’ll walk the job weekly with foremen, solve problems in real time, and keep projects on track.

Who You Are:

You bring at least 10 years of experience managing electrical construction projects of $3M+ in size. You understand materials, methods, and technical details inside and out. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and have a reputation for dependability. Customer satisfaction is at the center of your approach, and you’re comfortable driving across Southern California to ensure project success. Field experience and design-build backgrounds are a strong plus.
