Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the electrical scope on high‑visibility ground‑up projects in Dallas. You’ll drive from precon through turnover, ensuring excellence, momentum, and accountability in every phase.

You will coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, and engineers; manage budgets, schedules, and procurement; mentor field staff; and ensure code compliance and safety across complex electrical scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing electrical scopes on ground‑up commercial or industrial builds.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, sequencing, and code compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
• A solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to keep teams aligned and moving.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction from precon through closeout
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies
• Partner directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality checks that keep projects tight and clean
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
• Mentor field supervisors and elevate team performance
• Drive communication, accountability, and project momentum every step of the way
