This is a full-ownership role — preconstruction through closeout — for a builder who leads from the front, earns trust with owners and trade partners, and takes accountability for financial outcomes and project culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the overall direction, financial performance, and delivery of complex projects over $50 Million
• Develop and manage project controls, risk mitigation, and contract compliance
• Build and lead high-performing project teams including superintendents and engineers
• Drive subcontracting strategy, buyout process, and scope development
• Create and manage CPM schedules; identify and address impacts before they become problems
• Partner with business development to strengthen client relationships and support future pursuits
• Develop people — coaching, feedback, and career growth are part of the job
