Vitality Group seeks an experienced Traveling Senior Project Manager to oversee a major commercial construction project in the San Antonio region. You will manage project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor coordination from preconstruction through closeout, driving client communication and strong stakeholder relationships.

Based in San Antonio with travel to project sites, you will collaborate with field leadership and executives to maintain financial health,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading projects valued at $25M+.
• Strong command of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to work effectively with owners, architects, consultants and trade partners.

We're seeking an experienced Traveling Senior Project Manager to oversee a major commercial construction project in the San Antonio region.

Our client is an established, family-owned general contractor with decades of experience delivering complex commercial projects across Texas. The company has built its business around long-term relationships, dependable project delivery and a culture where experienced professionals have the opportunity to take ownership of their work.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take the lead on project financials, contract administration, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination and client communication from precon through closeout. You'll work closely with field leadership and company executives to keep the project financially sound, address challenges quickly and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor.
• Experience leading projects valued at $25M+.
• Strong command of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to work effectively with owners, architects, consultants and trade partners.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for leadership and sound project management.

The position offers a base salary of $150,000+, bonus potential tied to performance, comprehensive benefits, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, per diem and travel support.
