True Red in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage project teams, developing client relationships and ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in structural concrete or commercial construction, a Bachelor's in CM or CE, and strong cost control and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in structural concrete or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcing steel, and post-tensioning.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple structural concrete and formwork projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and productivity.
• Manage Assistant Project Managers and mentor the next generation of construction leaders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal operations teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety, quality, progress, and compliance.
• Review structural drawings, formwork systems, reinforcing steel, shoring, and post-tensioning operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure projects consistently meet company standards for safety, quality, and profitability.

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex structural concrete projects with a respected industry leader?

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale commercial concrete construction projects. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience within structural concrete or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of concrete structures, formwork systems, reinforcing steel, and post-tension operations.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and construction documents.
• Experience using AutoCAD, BIM, or similar construction technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project financial performance.
