Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a strategic and operational leadership role across large, highly complex construction projects or multiple concurrent projects and teams.

  • You build strong, long-term relationships with clients, designers, and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You are confident representing the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry engagements while strengthening its reputation in the market.
  • You are a strong communicator who owners and project teams trust to provide leadership, solve complex challenges, and deliver results.
  • You lead from the front when it comes to safety, ensuring teams maintain high standards and proactively manage project and site-specific risks.
  • You have a strong understanding of contracts, commercial risk, and subcontract administration, with the ability to resolve issues while protecting project and company interests.
  • You provide leadership throughout preconstruction, helping clients and project teams develop effective logistics, execution strategies, schedules, and delivery plans.
  • You lead Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and executing construction strategies that balance schedule, quality, cost, safety, and commissioning requirements.
  • You create a culture of accountability, urgency, and collaboration across multiple project teams while mentoring and developing future leaders.
  • You have a strong grasp of project financials, including budgets, forecasting, pay applications, change orders, and overall profitability.
  • You are passionate about developing people, providing mentorship, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering increasingly complex projects.
