Job description

Senior Project Manager

This position is an onsite role based out of our Minnesota Office.

About You

As Senior Project Manager, you are proficient in establishing and evaluating the Planning, Design and Construction of various assignments as an owner’s representative. You are experienced at coordinating stakeholders to develop a hard and soft cost, budget and schedule necessary to support a proforma. You support the Clients/Brokerage and Development teams internally to assist in evaluation, pitching and proposal generation of owner representative services for the execution of real estate projects. Scopes range in variation and include office, healthcare, hospitality, retail and mixed‑use projects.

In this role, you will…
  • Manage all phases of project management including design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management.
  • Track progress of projects against goals, objectives, timelines and budgets, and generate reports on status. Monitor expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
  • Interface with clients to define project requirements, establish project work plans and deadlines.
  • Be comfortable in a presentation and selling environment and execute tenant improvement and ground‑up construction projects.
  • Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from the initial project concept through final punch‑list and close‑out.
  • Facilitate client meetings regarding project matters.
  • Manage all facets of project design, construction and occupancy.
  • Work closely with other functional areas of the organization, project contractors, internal team members, external collaborators, customers and suppliers.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7–10 years focused on general contracting in a design‑build, architectural or consultant role.
  • Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry‑specific software (e.g., Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit).
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
  • Experience on projects exceeding $5 Million in ground‑up value.
  • Ability to forecast and prepare budgets and conduct complex financial/business analysis, including preparation of reports.
  • Familiarity with business development strategies and fostering industry relationships.

Salary Range: $134,210 to $150,000.

Benefits

Employees and their families receive employer‑subsidized medical benefits, dental, vision, basic life/AD&D insurance and short‑term/long‑term disability. Employees can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan with an employer match. Paid time off includes 10 days of sick leave, a minimum of 15 days vacation annually, unlimited time off for certain senior‑level roles, 10 paid holidays, and two personal flex days. Parental leave: 12 weeks for birth parents, 4 weeks for non‑birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents, after 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
