Babbidge Construction in Connecticut seeks a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from planning through delivery. You will oversee projects in the $5–$20M range and work with cross-functional teams to ensure scheduling, quality, safety, and budget targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Project Performance: Manage key construction projects in the $5-$20M range to ensure their success.
• Project Schedule: Manage to ensure flow and on-time completion.
• Project QA/QC: Make sure it’s done right the first time.
• Project Safety: Think Safety at all times.
• Project Budget: Monitor budget to make sure targets are met.
• Client Satisfaction: Create ‘Raving Fans’.
• Team Performance & Employee Development: Help mentor, train and advance all team members.
• Coordination with Other Departmental Teams: Assist, communicate and coordinate with others.
