Building Performance Cooperative is seeking a Project Manager to plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish in Ridgefield, CT. You will coordinate clients, architects, and on-site teams to manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
The ideal candidate has 5 years PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The role offers 40 hours/week, full-time, and a compensation range of $105,000 to $125,000 with benefits.
Our Project Managers plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed promptly, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. You will work closely with the clients, architects, and on-site project team to manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality throughout the construction process. You must be able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the best results in bringing our client’s vision to life.

WHO YOU ARE
You are the point person between the client, design team, and the field crew on the job site including subcontractors. You’ll oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will have the technical competency of a Lead Carpenter and the managerial skills to actively monitor all activities and personnel on the job site.
