Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, deep HVAC project experience over $5 million, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with strong HVAC PM knowledge.
• Extensive prior HVAC large-project experience (>$5M) with proven success.
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication across varied audiences.
• Analytical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

About You:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
• EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
• A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to achanging environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites
