Job summary

The F.E. Moran Group of Companies in the greater Chicagoland area seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.

You will drive project execution, coordinate field operations, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality across all phases. This role offers a path for growth within a knowledgeable, high-achieving team, with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field; in-depth HVAC project management knowledge required
• Extensive experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and direct work teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication across varied audiences
• Analytical thinker who negotiates, solves problems and adapts to changing environments

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee a wide range of projects from inception to completion
• Prioritize multiple projects at different stages of work
• Lead and coordinate field operations and teams
• Ensure contracted work is completed within budget and schedule
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and team members
