The F.E. Moran Group of Companies in the greater Chicagoland area seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.

You will drive project execution, coordinate field operations, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality across all phases. This role offers a path for growth within a knowledgeable, high-achieving team, with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field; in-depth HVAC project management knowledge required
• Extensive experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and direct work teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication across varied audiences
• Analytical thinker who negotiates, solves problems and adapts to changing environments

About You:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
• EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
• A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites

• PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
• PRIORITIZE: Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
• LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
• PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
• SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
