Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for industrial, residential, and commercial projects in the Greater St. Louis area (IL side). This role focuses on smaller projects, $500k and under, with autonomy to run projects from cradle to grave and collaborate with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills to lead a diverse team.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from cradle to grave within industrial, residential, and commercial sectors.
• Manage smaller projects focused on $500k and under.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and control project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
