Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for Multifamily Construction in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on leading ground-up and renovation projects, overseeing client relationships, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

My client is a mid‑sized General Contractor with 10+ years of construction industry experience in Missouri. They specialize in the multifamily. Most of their projects are local to the St. Louis area. They are backlogged through the middle of 2025 due to their referred network and strong repeat client‑base. This company is experiencing tremendous growth and has doubled over the last 3 years which offers excellent growth opportunities for an individual joining this organization!

Job Details

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree preferred
• 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Experience in ground up and/or renovation multifamily projects is preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
• Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish
• Estimating experience is a plus
