Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience managing industrial, healthcare and commercial ground-up construction projects
• Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
