We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from initial concept through to completion. This role will suit a confident and commercially aware professional who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a varied project portfolio. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities will include defining project scope, objectives, governance and delivery plans; managing budgets, resources, schedules, dependencies and risks; and establishing clear reporting arrangements throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead project teams, coordinate internal and external contributors, and ensure that responsibilities, milestones and expected outcomes are clearly understood. The role will also involve monitoring performance, resolving issues, managing change control and providing accurate updates to senior decision-makers. You will maintain high standards of quality, compliance and stakeholder engagement, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and project outcomes.
Applicants should have substantial experience managing complex projects, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment, together with a proven record of delivering measurable results. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent, would be advantageous. You will need excellent planning, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as the confidence to challenge constructively and make informed decisions. In return, this position offers the opportunity to influence important projects, collaborate with talented professionals and make a lasting contribution to organisational performance.
