We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and timescales, while ensuring that work is delivered to the required quality, budget and performance standards. Working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, you will establish effective working relationships and provide clear, regular updates on progress, risks and dependencies.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining project plans, managing budgets and resources, coordinating project meetings, monitoring milestones and ensuring that actions are completed promptly. You will identify and manage risks, issues and changes, putting appropriate mitigation and contingency plans in place where required. You will also oversee project governance, maintain accurate documentation and provide reports to senior stakeholders. A key part of the role will be promoting collaborative working, resolving challenges constructively and ensuring that lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance and reporting. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or an equivalent, would be advantageous. You will need excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills, together with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong financial awareness, attention to detail and confidence using project management and reporting tools are also essential. Above all, you will be proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
