I’m currently partnering with a well-established, privately owned construction management firm to appoint a Senior Project Manager into their growing team.

This business has built an outstanding reputation over several decades, delivering high-quality projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, and high-end interiors. They are known for their collaborative, solutions-led approach and long-standing client relationships.

They operate with a genuinely people-first culture, where experienced teams work closely together from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of key projects, leading delivery from early-stage planning through to completion.

You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (pre-construction through handover)
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee programme, cost, risk, and quality performance
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive value engineering and problem-solving across complex builds
• Ensure best-in-class health & safety and compliance standards
• Mentor and support junior team members

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within construction
• Background in commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or interiors projects preferred
• Strong pre-construction and delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects or large-scale schemes
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Construction Management or similar
• Stable career history within reputable contractors or CM firms
