Job summary

Blayze Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will run projects with autonomy, mentor team members, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Requirements include 8+ years with a General Contractor, a bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, and experience managing projects up to $20M. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Bluebeam is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Strong commercial construction experience managing projects up to $20M.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, permitting, scheduling, and project execution.
• Build and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Take full ownership of project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, closeout documentation, and all project administration.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and support the growth of the project team.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
