Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams across lifecycle phases including preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Mentor and develop project teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain client relationships with architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee project finances: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Coordinate schedules and resources to meet milestones and successful outcomes.
• Review contracts, negotiate changes, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, engineers, and field teams for execution.
• Communicate project status and risks to executives with strategic recommendations.

Lead Complex Commercial Construction Projects from Start to Finish

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects while leading high-performing teams and building lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes ownership of every phase of a project—from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop, mentor, and manage project teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors, serving as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, estimating, contracts, budgeting, procurement, and project controls.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and maximize profitability.
• A collaborative leader who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and consistently delivers outstanding client service.
