Job summary

MP RPO is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Construction to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 5–8+ years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

  • 5–8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost management knowledge.
  • Procore experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance expectations throughout every phase.

Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout? We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who can successfully manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution while delivering exceptional customer service and quality results.

What You'll Do

As the Project Manager, you'll oversee every phase of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is highly preferred.
  • Experience with ground-up construction, tenant fit-outs, occupied renovations, retail, restaurant, or corporate interior projects is a plus.
