Fute is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with ProjectSight, Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam, and a bachelor’s degree in CM or CE. OSHA 30 preferred; PMP a plus.
Our client is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Lead internal and external project teams, including superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and ownership groups.
Develop and manage detailed project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource plans.
Maintain accurate project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
7–10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with increasing leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record of successfully delivering ground-up, interior, or renovation projects in sectors such as industrial, retail, medical, or office.
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, project controls, contracts, and scheduling.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ProjectSight, Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
OSHA 30 certification preferred. PMP or similar credentials a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
Extensive field or trade experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for highly qualified candidates.
