Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects and programs in a data center environment. The role focuses on defining technical scope, coordinating teams, and managing budgets and timelines with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities include reporting, status updates, and driving repeat business through strong communication, with accountability for meeting client standards and project objectives.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.

• Monitor general contractors on a ground-up data center construction project to ensure work is correct, on time, and meets client standards.

Requirements

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
• Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
• Attendance at work during normal business hours
• Ability to manage and monitor team members' activity in alignment with organizational goals
• Ability to delegate with clear instructions and ongoing feedback
• Ability to monitor metrics and course correct while holding self and others accountable
• Ability to provide feedback to senior leaders and communicate organizational direction clearly
