Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning to handover, coordinating teams of site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. You will develop scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction PM, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera/Procore, and a PMP credential. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through final handover.
