Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel for projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of early turnover dates and commissioning processes.
• Experience with Methods of Procedures (MOP).
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision.
• Work with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.
• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Share job cost responsibility with the supervising PM or Division Manager and keep the supervisor informed.
• Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and bid documents under supervision.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Help prepare profit projections.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.
