Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Director of Construction Management to lead a team of Project Managers delivering services on major projects. The role focuses on service excellence, client engagement, and market growth.

The successful candidate will drive strategic and operational management of PM services, oversee risk, quality, and performance metrics, and nurture talent to expand the client pipeline across sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
Graduate degree in construction management, architecture or engineering preferred.
12+ years of construction project management experience.
2+ years leading large multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
Proven track record in delivering project management services for clients.
Strong business development ambition and ability to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a project management team delivering services on major projects and programs.
Oversee client communications and project management team performance.
Conduct market research and publish thought leadership reports.
Manage strategic and operational aspects of PM services across multiple sectors.
Set strategy aligned with the Business Plan and drive growth and client engagement.
Mentor staff, promote learning, and plan for future staffing needs.
