Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director of Construction Management to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and oversee delivery on major projects and programs. The role focuses on ensuring service excellence, client engagement, and growth of our PM services across sectors.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in construction project management, with 2+ years leading large multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, and a strong track record in business development and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional business development ambition and acumen with demonstrated growth experience.
• Experience in major construction sectors (commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers delivering services on major projects and programs.
• Oversee client communications and project management team activities.
• Conduct market research on construction conditions and publish thought leadership insights.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for Project Management Services across sectors.
• Drive business growth and manage resource planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Promote a culture of learning, respect, and inclusivity and ensure quality controls and ISO compliance.
