Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team, supporting the Director of PM and driving growth, client management and service delivery across infrastructure projects.

You will lead bid teams, manage client relationships, mentor staff, track margins and invoicing, and pursue cross-selling opportunities with US clients. On-site presence may evolve based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and teams.
• Strong knowledge of local construction market and lifecycle.
• Business development experience including cross-selling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of PM in managing client relationships and growth.
• Lead bid teams and proposal generation with senior management.
• Present service offerings in client interviews.
• Provide staffing updates and project status reports.
• Mentor staff and coach for career growth.
• Oversee financial tracking, margins, and invoicing.
• Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and oversee neighbourhood infrastructure projects.
