Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team. The role supports the Director of PM, drives growth and profitability through leadership, new business development, client management and service delivery on healthcare construction projects.

You will lead bid teams, manage client relationships, coach staff, track financials, and coordinate project delivery across infrastructure initiatives in campus settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in healthcare construction.
• Minimum 8 years in project management within construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and teams.
• Strong knowledge of local construction market.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Director in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal development with senior management.
• Present service offerings at client interviews.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Manage project financials, including margin tracking and invoices.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand business in the U.S.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Deliver client presentations and network at events.
• Lead small PM team on infrastructure projects around corporate campuses.
• Program manage neighbourhood portfolio of infrastructure projects.
