Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Professional, Project Management for our Seattle, WA office. This role supports financial management, reporting, invoicing, and client service across transportation and infrastructure projects.

You will help maintain budgets, forecasts, and executive dashboards while coordinating with project teams to ensure audit readiness and compliance with agency requirements. Strong Excel skills and 5+ years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting project financials, project controls, project management, professional engineering or construction management programs.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple project assignments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project performance summaries.
• Manage subconsultant contract documentation and financial reporting in accordance with the contract.
• Support project managers with earned revenue projections, backlog tracking, and resource forecasting.
• Support Program and Project Managers with budget development, monitoring, ETCs, and recovery plans, and invoices.
• Review labor charges, consultant invoices, reimbursable expenses, and project expenditure for accuracy.
