Job summary

WSP USA seeks an organized, analytical Senior Professional, Project Management to support financial management and operational delivery of the Transportation and Infrastructure practice in Seattle, with responsibilities extending to Bend, OR. The role focuses on budgets, forecasts, invoicing, dashboards, and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting project financials, controls, and management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting expertise.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to supervise others and ensure safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple projects.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
• Manage subcontractor documentation and financial reporting.
• Track margins, rate adjustments, and annual changes.
• Support invoicing, ETCs, and recovery plans.
• Review labor charges and project expenses for accuracy.
• Develop project dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Track KPIs: budget, schedule, staffing, invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate with project and accounting teams to ensure audit readiness.
• Support contract amendments, task orders, and funding authorizations.
